John (Jack) Joseph Quinn, Sr. of Lombard, IL passed away on March 14th, 2024 at the age of 71 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Jack was born in Chicago on November 13, 1952 to the late Dr. Thomas W. Quinn and Annamae Quinn (Maloney). He is survived by his wife of 41 years Gale (Titus) Quinn, son John Joseph Quinn, Jr. (Kelly Muisenga Quinn). He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Jackson, Michael, and Charlie Quinn. He was the loyal brother of Patricia (James) Ford, Robert J. (Eileen) Quinn, Marguerite Quinn (Pete Adams) and the late Thomas W. Quinn, Jr.. He cherished his nieces and nephews:Patrick, Brendan, Colin, Brian, and Genevieve Quinn; Jimmy, Quinn, Caitlin (Christoffersen) and Kevin Ford, and Samantha Adams. Jack was raised in Evanston, Illinois, graduated from Loyola Academy and attended University of Michigan to which he remained a proud alumnus. Jack was a devoted Catholic and the epitome of a family man. He spent his life living in the image of Christ and made all those who knew him better. Jack was most always sporting a smile as were those around him. His affable spirit made him friends wherever he went. He will be missed dearly but remembered warmly.
