I was your neighbor around the block growing up. I will always remember her smile while she worked in her garden and watered her lawn on a sunny summer day. On the hot days, she would drag out the Slip N’ Slide so all of the neighborhood kids to cool off and have some fun. Thank you, Mrs Stack, for the fond memories 🙂
My condolences, Michael Roberts

I, too, was one of the neighborhood kids on Hillside Ave. When I think back to those times Mrs Stack and her smile are definitely part of those memories. She loved her girls and their friends were just an extension to her family. Sleepovers, hot chocolate on snow days, camping trips with Girl Scouts, summer evenings on their porch, giving us the “Pepsi Challenge”, … are all warm and happy memories that I carry with me always. Thank you Mrs Stack for all that you did and gave to us kids. It’s all part of who we are today.
My sincere condolences, Kathy Fischer
