Sylvia E. Pietrzak

Sylvia E. Pietrzak, nee Frankiewicz, age 95, beloved wife of the late Edward; loving mother of Karyn (the late Thomas) Arnold and the late Thomas Pietrzak; proud grandmother of Amy, Matthew and Ashley Arnold and great-grandmother of Ronan and Devin; dear sister of the late Adeline (the late William) Hynes and Renata (the late Gerald) Polarek; fond aunt of many. A life well lived. Loved her faith, family, friends, outdoor activities and travel. Sylvia was a devoted care giver to her son Thomas for over 40 years. Visitation Saturday, 8:30 a.m. until time of funeral 10:30 a.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, Alsip.
