I’ve known Frank for 25 plus years and always considered him a good friend and great business colleague. The insurance world has lost a good man. My prayers and sympathy to all of his family including his work family at Vela. He will be missed,

How blessed were we to have you in our lives, albeit for too short of a time. While you have physically left us, you will live on each & every day in our hearts and minds forever. We are two of the luckiest girls in the world for knowing and receiving your love. Our lives will never be the same. Sweet kisses to our forever Prince. With our unending love, Aubrey & Kelly
