A bright light of human decency and character has gone out with the loss of this good man, our friend for nearly 65 years.

I volunteered with Chuck for many years with the Oro Valley Police Department while living in Arizona. My wife and I moved back to the Chicago area in 2013. I have held Chuck and Connie in high regard while knowing them. We will miss Chuck’s pleasant personality.

I worked with Chuck at Nalco and enjoyed our many conversations. He was a wonderful person and it was an honor to know and work with him. My condolences to his family.
