Frolik, age 92, of Elmhurst; beloved husband of the late Nancy, nee Krall; loving father of Karen (Mark) Mitchell and Rich (Ann) Frolik; proud grandfather of Molly (Joel Wanger) Mitchell, Margaret Mitchell, George, Claire, Marty and Beth Frolik; dear brother of Joan (the late Ray) Bairstow and the late George (Eileen) and the late Warren (Aggie) Frolik.
