I was greatly saddened upon hearing the hews that Lori is no longer with us. Please accept my condolences on your loss. Lori was a valued colleague that I had the pleasure of knowing and working with during my time in the ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants Global Planning organization. She and I were office neighbors during much of that time and I learned a lot from our interactions. Lori was very dedicated to her work and always spoke fondly of her family. I know that she looked forward to spending more time with her family as she entered retirement. May God bless her family and friends as we say goodbye. She will be missed.

Deepest condolences to Lori’s entire family. I had the pleasure of working with her at multiple points throughout her time at ExxonMobil (Chicago CORs, Global Planning). She was so dedicated and always willing to share her perspective on work or family (which really helped me as a new working mom!). I am comforted to know that she is now with Frank. Keeping y’all in my thoughts and prayers.

I lost my best friend, my sister, the person I could talk about anything. We supported each other since the first time we’ve met in Fairfax, first at work and then privately. My heart sores and can’t believe I would not be able to hear her voice anymore. The life gave me the gift of having to know her closely and now it’s taking her way too soon.
Lori, you will always be loved, never forgotten and the memories we have of and with you always be there to remind us of you. Rest in piece my beloved friend. Have a good journey and watch over us with your beautiful smile. We’ll pray for you and your wonderful family you loved so much.

As one of Lori’s colleagues from ExxonMobil, I will always remember her as a wonderful friend and a sage provider of business advice to everyone that she worked with. She spoke with me so frequently about her family. You have my sincere condolences on her passing. It occurred way too soon.

    Our family chain is broken,
    Nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The link shall join us again

Lori had a big, kind heart. She was very caring and brave. Lori was a person who could defend her opinions and provide advice. She called herself a “capital queen” and, indeed, she was. No one else knew all the intricacies of capital and related budget planning like Lori did.

Lori loved her family dearly and frequently spoke about her daughters, son and her late husband, Frank. She spoke about “the princess” a lot:). When I talked to her last time in April, she was upbeat, “just peachy” as she liked to say, but missed spending time with her grandchildren and was waiting to catch up on that, post COVID. When you have lost someone that you love, you gain an angel that you know. Lori is that angel that the children have now.

I will miss your honesty and kindness, Lori.
