Jackie, Caitlin, Patrick, Conor- I am so saddened for your family. John was a great guy and will be missed by many, including his fur friends. His love for his family was obvious when he talked about all your family vacations. He was a special friend and I am blessed to have had him in my life.

Jackie and Caitlin, Connor, and Patrick,
Such a sad time. So sorry for your loss. John was a great guy and will be missed by many. John was always the first to let his fellow classmates know if someone was sick, or passed away. I have good memories of John. Goodnight killer, may you rest in peace.

To the Kilcullen Family- I worked with John for 12 years at Concept. I not only loved his sense of humor, but loved his knowledge that he used to share with us at the lunch table. He would pretty much tell us tales of his youth, but also was a fountain of interesting information, insightful, , meaningful opinions that he would share. We loved to gather at the lunch table to not only hear his wisdom, but to learn from him. He was not only a colleague, but a friend.

I can only imagine your loss of someone so special. I pray you find comfort in the fact that he touched our lives as well. I know he loved you all, and was so very proud of his family He will be sorely missed! I am so sorry. My heart goes out to you all!

My uncle was a great person and a loving father. I had a great deal of respect and love for him and he will be dearly missed. I appreciate all of the interests he had and was able to enjoy some of those with him which I will cherish forever. Love, Joe

I only knew John as a mentor at Supreme Great Lakes, John was always eager to help, a gentle attitude and a Great Trainer. He will be missed. I am sure that he is in the presents of our Lord and Savior. I pray that in time you and your family will find comfort in knowing that John has just gone ahead to prepare a place for when we meet again. Sincerely Bob Wojtysiak (Wojo)

    Dear Kilcullen Family,

I am very saddened to hear about John. I hired him at McCormick & Company and I worked with John very closely. John was driven, passionate, fearless, tireless, savvy about customer relations, sharp, and full of humor socially. I always enjoyed John’s company and I respected all who he was. I send all my strength, support, faith, and prayers to you all. What a guy!

    Best,

    A.C. George

The man they called “Killer” was a man who would kill you with kindness and comedy. Growing up in Elmhurst, John was someone who our group looked up to in every aspect of life. His warm smile and “down to earth human” character will forever be etched into the hearts of those he touched. Our loss here is Heaven’s gain. Rest in peace John.
