Sletten, nee Vietzen, age 88, of Elmhurst; longtime parishioner and volunteer at Immaculate Conception Parish; beloved wife of Jerry; loving mother of Richard (Madeleine) Sletten, Mary (Michael) Fergus, Michael (Rebecca) and Tom (Margaret) Sletten; proud grandmother of Samuel and Andrew Sletten, Kaitlin (Clint) Hawkins, Alyson (William) Kenny, Michael and Lauren Fergus, Molly, Michael, Amy and Grace Sletten; dear sister of Charles (Sheila) Vietzen and the late Rose (the late John) Lennon; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.     So sorry for your loss. Mrs. Sletten was always warm and welcoming. I’ll miss her. Cheers to treasured friendships and early memories spent together growing up on Washington Street!
