  3. Cindy Smith says:

Norman was very kind to my sister, Jennifer Watters, and to her children, Ashley and Travis. He visited their home often and Jen was very fond of him. He will be greatly missed by Russ’ family, especially by Russ. However, he was taken before he suffered a long illness; therefore, not having to live a life of pain and was spared from that horrible way to live. God was good to him to give him a long life and one not long of pain. My very deep condolences to the Watters family. He will be deeply missed. Love, Cindy
