    Dad,
where do I begin I have so much to say to you and let time get away from us I was stubborn just like you. I will never forget the past few conversations we had about always being connected in our hearts. I promise to continue to make you proud and live through all of our great memories as a family. I was and am always proud to be your daughter❤️️ Thank you for being my Dad!! Until we meet again

Sue, I’m so so sorry that you have to go through this. I also apologize for letting time get away. I’m sorry for the past. Thank you for being the ideal family, thank you for treating me as your own. I hope and pray that one day very soon we can get together. And to my stepsisters I’m so sorry and thank you for taking such good care of Dad. I love you all. God bless

  3. Bernie…your family will miss you and love you forever. I was at your wedding to MaryAnn. You visited our home in LaCrosse. You were a good person! I hope you handed your life over to Jesus Christ, so you can be reunited in Heaven in Everlasting Life with your loved ones !

  4. Nana Savoy (Tana's Mom) says:

  5. Trudi says:

My brother, Bernie, was a spitfire man! He was a wonderful father to many children over the years, most of which were not his own. Bernie made each child brought into this world his own and supported them as he worked hard over the years to support them all as best he could along with Sue, his wife. I have missed hm over the years, and will now miss him and his contagious smile and laugh forever. We spent many years laughing together when were younger. We were separated by foolish unfounded grudges which mean nothing now. Everyone needs to get over their grudges because someday like today, it will be too late to reconcile & enjoy the time we all have left. Rest in peace Brother,Bernie. I will think of him often especially on his up coming Birthday, December 5th as we were born with 11 months of each other. Bernie was in my calendar on December 5th as I planned to call him to wish him many more birthdays. Now, it’s too late. Take this as a heart warming message to all…Call someone you love now, because it may be too late someday like it is now. for me, and this breaks my heart. I’m very sorry for your loss Sue..you were a good wife and person to my Brother.

  6. I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of such an extraordinary man. Their are many men who are father’s in name only and have not acknowledged their own children whatsoever. That is not the kind of man that Bernie was, his heart was big enough to embrace another man’s offspring as his very own. There aren’t to many men that would have that kind of love and character to do so. He has helped so many people and given them jobs over the years. He is a man who had a beautiful soul and a loving heart as well. May God Bless this wonderful man who is now resting in peace. He was one in a million!
