Jon Trent Waldschmidt, age 21, suddenly, Resident of Elmhurst, Graduate of York Community High School, Class of 2013, founding member of bands The Schillers and Star Spangled KGB; beloved son of Jon and Aileen, nee Mella; loving brother of Christian; cherished grandson of Frederick, DDS and Doris Waldschmidt; dear nephew of Fred (Nancy), Sue (Scott Sample), Maria, Sally (Mike) MacDonald, Kathy and Tony (Jennifer) Waldschmidt and Hazel Mella, Margie (Todd) Berghaus, Georgette (Mike) Luttrell and Helen (Rob) Wojtowich and great-nephew of Doris Waldschmidt and Elizabeth Roca; fond cousin of many. Visitation Friday, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Friends and family will meet for a Memorial Service, Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 398 Eggleston, Elmhurst.
